About Madeleine Zusack
Madi is a licensed Loan Officer and Partner for Karl Hoeferlin since summer of 2013. She enjoys working with Karl and helping his and her customers. Madi has a background in finance since she was 18. She has always loved working in the banking industry. It inspires Madi to help customers with their finances and that made her want to become a part of the Fairway Mortgage Team. She strives to build an honest and trusting relationship with her customers to make their loan experience a memorable one. Madi wants to build long lasting relationships with her current and future customers.
Madi was born in Germany and moved to the states when she was 12; not a lot of people know this because she has lost her accent. Her family moved to Florida and she lived there for 7 years. Madi got married in 2010 to a wonderful man named Darren and have been together since 2006. Madi and her husband decided to move to Charlotte in 2008 and without question do not regret it. Madi regularly practices yoga to keep a clear mind and has three delightful dogs named Samurai (Papillion), Katana (Black lab/pinscher mix), and Sahara (Pharaoh Hound mix). She also volunteers for Rescues.
Madi worked for 3 years as a Personal Banker and undeniably loved it. She has received her 2 year degree from CPCC with Honors and is attending UNCC to finish her 4 year degree in Finance. Madi has also worked in a customer service call center for 2 years, until she got a great opportunity here at Fairway in 2012. She has always been in some sort of customer service job, which she loves because she is able to help customers with their concerns or issues. Madi is fluent in German.
