Tony was born and raised in Orange County, California and relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina in the summer of 2005.
Tony’s wife of nineteen years, Alissa Marie, and his two daughters Brittany Sue and Abigail love the South and have never been happier.

Experience

Tony has more than 25 years of sales and marketing management experience in the technology and financial industries. He holds a BS in Management from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of the Charlotte Chamber Leadership School Class of 2005. Before joining the Fairway team, Tony has led the sales and operations efforts for companies such as Wang Global, Enterasys Networks, Franklin American Mortgage and Bank of America.

Tony has worked as a senior loan officer, a loan manager and is one of a handful of Mortgage Planners in the Carolinas.

I wanted to take a second and recognize Tony.  I recently worked with Tony on a home loan and I cannot express how impressed I was.  This is the third home I’ve had a mortgage on, and refi’d at least 2 other times.  In that time I have never understood the detail of the loans, and always been surprised at closing –both in a good and bad way.  I’ve worked with credit unions, small local banks, larger Wells Fargo’s and 5/3rd’s of the industry and I have never had the experience I had working with Tony.

I sat down with Tony and he explained the process, what it would take to accomplish our goal, explained the best way to do so, and told us exactly what we needed to provide to make this a successful and easy transaction.  I have to admit, when Tony said “easy and successful” I took that with a “yea right, I’ve heard that before”; Tony proved me wrong.

This was the easiest and painless lending process I’ve ever been through –even simpler that attaining a store card.  I knew to the Penny 3-4 days ahead of closing what I needed to bring to the table, and the actual loan process and approval was completed more than 30 days ahead of the closing date.

From what I could tell, Tony wasn’t doing anything above and beyond what Tony does; this is simply how he works: efficient; motivated; accurate; honest; no surprises and professional.  I can honestly say I will certainly be using Tony again in the future and recommending Tony wherever I can to friends and family –Tony really is an asset to Fairway.
